Our story
Why we do this
Too many skilled workers lose money to agents who promise jobs that don't exist, while employers struggle to find tradespeople whose skills match their CVs. We set out to fix both problems with one simple rule: prove the skill, put everything in writing, and stay involved after arrival.
Today we recruit pipe fitters, ship hull assemblers, welders, electricians, fabricators, CNC operators, sand blasters, carpenters, masons and grinders from across India for shipyards, industrial contractors and construction companies in 13 countries across Europe and the UK.
