How the work permit works
The usual route for skilled workers from India:

Employer applies to the local Voivodeship Office for your work permit (type A).
- 2
You apply for a Polish national (D) work visa at the visa centre in India.
- 3
For longer contracts, you can later apply for a temporary residence and work permit.
